Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. gptoto does not accept liability for users who access the platform in violation of their local legal restrictions.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the gptoto platform. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts found in violation of this policy will be suspended, and any winnings may be forfeited.
To use the gptoto platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.
All gptoto accounts are subject to identity verification under our KYC policy. You may be required to submit a clear, legible copy of a government-issued identification document (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) before being permitted to withdraw funds from your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gptoto username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — will be deemed to have been authorized by you. Deposits via Indonesian banks are typically credited to your gptoto balance within 1-5 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24 hours a day. If your deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact gptoto support with your transaction reference number.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your gptoto account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity. gptoto reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and the return of deposited funds.
You may request a withdrawal of your gptoto account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, and Bank Permata are typically processed within 15 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed 24/7 and usually complete in under 5 minutes. gptoto does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
gptoto reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the user will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation before the withdrawal is approved.
All bets placed on the gptoto platform are subject to acceptance by gptoto. gptoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at incorrect odds, bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets), or bets suspected of being part of fraudulent or collusive activity.
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For football matches, the final score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) is used for settlement unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward bet settlement unless explicitly stated.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned to the user's account. Specific void rules for each sport and market type are available in the gptoto Betting Rules section, accessible from your account dashboard. Live in-play bets are subject to different void rules depending on when the abandonment occurs.
Stake limits vary by sport, market type, and account status. gptoto reserves the right to impose lower maximum stake limits on accounts deemed to be professional bettors or sharp players. Minimum stake amounts are displayed at the time of bet placement.
Promotional bonuses offered by gptoto are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. By opting into a bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms. Not all users will be eligible for all promotions. gptoto reserves the right to exclude certain accounts from promotional offers at its discretion.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also known as a turnover requirement or rollover) that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for gptoto bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, though individual promotions may specify different requirements. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
gptoto operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, matched betting or arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit, low-risk wagering patterns intended solely to clear wagering requirements, and collusion with other users to manipulate bonus terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gptoto, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gptoto platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if gptoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gptoto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, network outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the gptoto operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in the gptoto license agreement.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the gptoto Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gptoto with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
